Wanted: thesis for human rights research paper

I've finally got around to getting books from the library on human rights related topics. Now to actually figure out a thesis. Yes, it should work the other way - think of a topic and get relevant books - but I'm at a loss what to write about. And I'm not about to go ask Brian Orend for help; he's going to accuse me of being lazy like last time. Never written a 20-25 page paper before either. Great.
