No-reply-to-anonymous-comments policy

I'm not restricting comments to registered users (it's not like I get a whole lot anyway), but I've decided not to reply to anonymous comments. Gotta be able to take responsibility for, or at least put a name to your opinion.

Of course anything that is a troll, spam or overtly offensive will be deleted.
